By using this website or purchasing from Mainely Wild, you agree to the following terms.

Digital Products

Digital products, including printable files and editable templates, are delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped. Unless a commercial licence is expressly included, digital products are for personal use only and may not be resold, redistributed or shared. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

Physical Products

Our balsam fir, boughs, seedlings and other botanical materials are natural products. Variation in size, shape, colour and appearance is expected. Seasonal availability may affect supply and fulfilment timing.

Shipping

Standard orders are normally processed within 3–5 business days. Seasonal pre-orders, freshly harvested products and bulk orders follow the estimated dispatch timing stated on the relevant product page or confirmed with the customer before purchase. We offer free shipping within the contiguous United States. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Live plants cannot be shipped to Arizona, California, Florida, Hawaii, Oregon or Washington. Orders placed for restricted destinations will be cancelled and refunded. Mainely Wild is not responsible for carrier delays or incorrect addresses entered at checkout, but customers may contact us for assistance with delivery problems.

Returns and Refunds

Because our fresh and living botanical products are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. If an order arrives damaged, incorrect or unusable, email hello@mainelywild.co within 48 hours of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Once the issue is confirmed, we will replace the affected item at no cost or issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within two business days, although banks may take 5–10 business days to post them. Perishable products do not need to be returned unless we provide specific instructions. We do not charge return shipping or restocking fees for damaged or incorrect orders. Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.

Custom Orders

Custom orders are final once the customer approves the agreed details. Pricing and fulfilment timing will be confirmed before purchase. Custom orders are non-refundable after approval unless they arrive damaged, incorrect or unusable.

Use of This Website

Website content, product photographs, designs and digital products may not be copied, redistributed, resold or used commercially without written permission.

Liability

Mainely Wild is not responsible for damage or injury resulting from misuse of our products, failure to follow care instructions, or undisclosed sensitivities to natural materials. To the extent permitted by law, Mainely Wild is not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of this website or its products.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms when necessary. The effective date shown above indicates the latest revision.
