Returns & Exchanges

Everything that leaves our woodland is harvested and packed with care — we want it to reach you that way too.

Because our fresh and living botanical products are perishable, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or unusable, email hello@mainelywild.co within 48 hours of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging. Once the issue is confirmed, we will replace the affected item at no cost or issue a refund to the original payment method. Refunds are processed within two business days, although banks may take 5–10 business days to post them.

Perishable products do not need to be returned unless we provide specific instructions. We do not charge return shipping or restocking fees for damaged or incorrect orders.

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded. Custom orders are final once approved.
