Everything that leaves our woodland is harvested and packed with care — we want it to reach you that way too.

Because our products are wild-harvested and shipped fresh, we're not able to accept returns as a general rule. Living plant material is seasonal, perishable, and handled by hand, which means each order is truly one of a kind.

If something arrives damaged or doesn't feel right, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery. We'll look at every situation individually and do our best to take care of you.

Digital products are non-refundable once downloaded.
